Fixing or replacing wasn't my call. It's a company car, and the owner wanted to fix instead of replace. Personally I would have replaced the car.

I didn't know I was going to have to have my car in the shop for 6 weeks either!!!

I will let everyone know what the cost was when I get it back. I have been hounding them for about 3 weeks now. @dawgie34203 is correct, it's total repair cost.

Still don't have the vehicle back yet. The dealer is "hopeful" I will get it back this morning. ETA - There has been no additional parts required, just taking longer than expected.

Are you talking about a limited release Gurkha that's going to cost $500, but only be worth about $3 in the real world?

There has been nothing else found that needed to be repaired. Just taking more time to get parts than expected.

I spoke with the dealer on Monday, I guess when the tech was installing the brand new turbo he snapped a stud off and they had to order a new turbo. As of Monday, I "should" have my car back today or tomorrow.

It's fake, the band isn't supposed to be smoking.:p I really like that one.
