Kinda rough lookin'.
Not oily.
Looks like a double cap?
Medium weight in hand - not too much give on squeeze.

Good construction externally speaking.
Wrapper is rather smooth, not oily.
Pigtail cap, very flat head.
Odd looking cap. Looks like a double cap leading into the pigtal.
