Turned out pretty good just pulled for sandwiches. I think it may have cooked a little hot because one of the larger muscles wasn't as tender even though it was cooked to 205. That's the trouble on the Weber sometimes.

Finishing up a nice relaxing weekend. Byron Grand Poemas Reserva. Update: just finishing up and I won't seek another one out. It was a bit of a one note wonder. Some good spice and flavor but the smoke was a little airy. Good smoke but not for the price. Got it in a monthly club pack so...

How does the new Rorschach compare to the original?

This one has been in the rotation since the local shop started carrying them. Really enjoying the BLTC and BWS lineup so far especially this one.

What happened with the Opus?

No this was the LCDH. Upstairs of a restaurant on the main beach front drag. The only negative was the condition of several of the cigars looked like they had been fingered over and handled too much.

Those never disappoint.
