I'm not really a big Oliva fan, but the 135th is one of my favorite cigars & I keep a box in the humidor.

It was more dangerous in the vast majority of the cities right here in the US than traveling to the DR right now. As with going anywhere it's about being smart about where & when you go places, a lot of tourist do dumb crap when they travel & put themselves at risk.
