There where no "P-Mags" in 1994. The only mags available where GI standard issue magazines. Most where stamped "law enforcement only" or " military use". There really is no determination of pre-ban magazines with serial numbers or dates. This actually a bad thing. The burden of proof lies...

Paul, I would not do this. It's my understanding that NY only allows pre ban 1994 30rd magazines. Shipping 30rd P-Mags to NY is illegal. This was the law a few years ago. I'm not sure if its changed. I would definitely double check before a felony is committed!

I've got an AAC .30 cal can waiting on a stamp, was just intrigued by the osprey on the 300 black out. Never thought about that route before.

I would have to reload them. .308 subsonic loads are not ideal, but I have read of a few guys getting decent results. I don't care about being completely silent, just enough to dampen recoil and maybe be able to shoot without hearing protection.

How does the osprey can work on the .300 black out? I though about going this route but bought a .30 cal can to use on my ar-10 as well. Do you think it could handle a .308? I AM Still waiting for my stamp.
