Hot Rods!

With a morning ‘eye opener’

Sautéed spinach in garlic & olive oil. Breaded chicken Breast in Italian seasoned bread crumbs. Placed chicken on the spinach sprinkled some mozzarella covered with tomato slices. Served with linguine.

From a box split with a CP Brother + a hitchhiker!

If something like this happens in 2024, my group will be there.

Sausage, peppers, onions, & potatoes in the oven now. Will serve by itself with tomato sauce & Italian bread, or make a hoagie with everything on it adding mozzarella cheese & broil for a minute or so. Won’t forget the wine with the meal.

New years Day, I decided to reorganize my humi. This is about 1/2 of the contents.
