‘98 HdM Du Prince 50 Cab (5 1/8 X 40) - burnt toast, roasted almonds, heavy baking spice. Final third developed lovely rich brioche French toast notes. Super rich dense sweet & savory flavors. One hour of vintage cabinet aged Havana magic.

Carding got out of control in Utah a few years ago with the barcode scanning and everyone ignoring the fogey rule (if you look over 32 no ID required). All about tracking of course - invasive and annoying. Love it up here in NoDak - never once been carded at a bottle shop or bar. Used to love...

I have found they improve slightly with age. A tad more refined, smoothing out the rough edges. These have been my favorite Chico for a long while now. I like to let them sit for at least a few years. Twenty years surely won’t hurt!

‘97 Partagas Lusitanias DB - beautiful smoke as almost always especially with 25+ years on them. Having smoked these from dozens of boxes and cabs I am confident the cab cigars age so much better. Smoked a few from ‘01-‘-03 cabs recently that blew this DB Lusi away.

So painfully true. I was a Vegas regular in the 80’s & 90’s. Good times.
