Thanks Slick300, I thought so too! Especially after my wife had bought me a few a couple months ago for around $11 a piece. 

A box of 20 CAO Soprano Edition robusto for $99.95 from CI. They're being phased out so the company doesn't have to continue to pay HBO a $4 per cigar royalty. They'll be rereleased in the same blend but under a new name at some point. Definitely worth $5 a stick. 

My favorite off-duty weapon that I've owned has been the S & W Chief's Special .45. Compact, accurate, powerful. You might have to find a slightly used one to get it under $500 but check it out if you get a chance.

It's insane that this stuff is real life.

    I'm speechless! Really?! Really?! Thank you mystery Sneeder for annihilating my mailbox! I've never had a Cuban cigar before and.....bam! Package from Brent Sneeds (by way of Iowa) arrives! Someone out there trying to show a newb how it's done? 

Thanks Paul! It was the first cigar event that we've been to and it was a lot of fun. 

We got to meet Ricky Rodriguez yesterday at a Smoker Friendly store. Super nice guy. He even asked if he could have a glass of scotch from the bottle I brought (said yes, of course)! His favorite non CAO cigar is the Padron 1926. Ricky, my wife and I [sharedmedia=gallery:images:10833]  

Yeah when I saw that post I said, "Are you SURE that isn't mold?" He replied, "Positive. Besides it wiped right off with no discoloring to the tobacco. "    I'm glad these opinions are also that it's mold. At least it makes me feel better :) Sucks to be him!

On another site, this guy posted this picture of some Tatuajes he just purchased covered in what he said was plume. I don't have any personal experience with plume, or mold for that matter, but from what I've read it's more of a rare occurrence than not and I kind of found it hard to believe...
