I put shelves in mine by:
Cutting dowel-sized diameter hole halfway through a 1/2" X 1" board.
Double sided tape these two oposing sides of cooler with the holes facing each other.
Cut dowels that are just a touch longer thean the distance from side to side to the bottom of the oposing...
