Ive been smoking for 1 1/2 years now, and i remember my first time smoking a pipe, what a pain in the butt. trust me though it only gets better, and if you stick with it, you will have no problems keeping your pipe lit. just keep alot of matches on hand, you will need them.

if they are smoking out of new pipes would that effect the taste as well? in my experience (which isn't alot) you don't experience full flavor untill you have broken in your new pipes.

How long did it take you guys to get your tabbaco, i live in washington and its been a little over a week. IM Excited and cant wait. any longer. ???

:D Very nice. i did that for the first time about a week ago and i was stoked. it just adds that extra bit of relaxation to the whole smoking process and the tobacco stays cooler when your not contiualy relighting. Congrads.. youngSmoke

Awsome, i signed up and its on the way. yeah i figured it wouldn't be the best of tobaccos because its free but to some one starting out it gives you a preaty good idea of the general type of tobaccos that your into. and with an inexperienced smoker who knows i just may love the stuff.

their are just to many cigars and people have such different tastes to really give you an idea of what you should smoke. how i started out and i would recommend this. is to go to your smoke shop and pick a cigar that just smells great. its hard to go wrong with a cigar that makes your senses...

i have smoked the "smokers pride" it is definitly a gentle tobacco, im new and it works great for new pipe smokers. i dont see my self buying it in a month or two though when i get more experienced and i want to try better stuff.

this is a little off topic, what would be the proper time to wait in between smokes on a Briar. i got mine for $13 at a little head shop and it seams to be nice. ive read up on how to let the cake builed up. and how to get an even coating of cake on the intire pipe. but i havent found any...

As of now im smoking a Briar out of italy. first pipe ive owned, i picked it up at a head shop. thanks for the info up above though. will give somthing to look for when im crussen ebay for estate pipes. :D
