Damn, sorry to hear that! I don't know what to say, I've made that recipe dozens of times. The original recipe it's based on actually calls for even more water (350 g) but I backed it off because I found it too sticky and floppy when working with the dough.

You know Dawgie would just say "nevermind" so you should probably just send the prize to the next name down the list.

They had a few of these hiding in the back at the B&M I stopped at while running errands today so I thought I'd grab one to smoke on the drive home. If I've had one before I don't remember it. Started out mellow, developed a nice little kick about halfway through, but still stayed smooth to the nub.

IIRC I ordered my normal size and it fits fine.

I have the older Advant. I love the rotating chin guard to wear as a 3/4 helmet around town, and then lock it in as a full face helmet on the highway. My only gripe is that, at least with mine, the right hinge area has a good bit of wind noise and vibration at speed.

It was OK, but the first one was much better IMO. I can see how the sequel would be difficult. A good portion of the first one was gradually finding out all the details about the character and his operation. Now, we already know all of that so you can't rely on the slow reveal to keep things...
