His above recipe sounds like it should work fine too, but I learned mine from here. It works like charm.

Honestly. Go find yourself a bottle of Fernet-Branca and a bottle of Coca-a-Cola. Take a tall glass, fill it with ice, pour 1/10th with Fernet and the rest with coke. It will blow your mind.

This is one of my favorite cigars too. I can't believe I've never reviewed it. I know exactly what your talking about with the coffee / french press notes. Didn't have many issues with the burn on this cigar myself. Great review!

The pictures! I am envious. Thanks for all the great shots of this cigar. I've had this cigar before and wasn't over-the-top about it, but I think that is because I prefer more european style smokes... milder smokes to just come out and say it. Thanks for the great review.
