Sounds like your stick could need a bit more time in the humidor that is running correctly. Like others, the RP's I've smoked are consistent, an never need a retouch. And lets not forget this stuff is hand made and Quality Control cannot look at every cigar.

I agree with all here. One bit of advice - If your cigar store allows you to sit and enjoy the smoke, do so- you'll learn alot by hanging around. Keep some notes-take off the cigar band, and jot down your likes and dislikes about the stick. If all goes as planned, shop around for a humidor later.

Give this one a shot: Coffee-hot or cold and add a shot of Starbuck's Liquore. You'll need a cigar with some depth to enjoy the experience, and it will be worth it.
