Is it bad to burn incense in the same room that your humidor is in? Even if kept closed?

My pipe is clogged and I am not sure what to do. I tried a toothpick, but that didn't work. My tamper is to big to get into the whole. Is there any pipe tool made for taking care of this problem, or am I doomed to have a pipe that won't smoke.
