    Opinion on Cohiba Behike?

I've tried one each of the 56 and 54. The 52 is turning to ash soon. The 56 was great and the 54 was good. I don't like any of the sizes, but the smoke on the 56 was delicious. I agree with others though that they are not worth the price.

Help me decide which box to buy

I voted for the BCG, but all of those are multi-box worthy if you ask me. You have a fine selection of larger smokes listed. None of them should disappoint.

    Looking for a "starter" CC

Let us know what NCs you like and we can recommend CCs based on that. Otherwise, try a RASS (Ramon Allones Specially Selected). They are inexpensive and tasty. It's a flavorful medium bodied smoke that shouldn't disappoint any new or experienced CC smoker.

    Favorites of the Bolivar Line?

I just tried a Royal Corona from 07 given to me by a fellow BOTL and it was probably the best CC I've had o far. I've only been smoking CCs about 3 months now, so take that statement for what it's worth.

Smoked some Pepin Stuff and Torano... Hmm

I am an example of the opposite case. I used to buy into the myth that a darker wrapper was indication of a stronger, harsher cigar. So I used to prefer natural wrappers. Several months ago, my local B&M retailer insisted I try a PAM and I've been hooked on maduros ever since. I still have...

    Smoking my first CC today

Since the Esplendido, I have tried the PSD4, Monte 2, and RyJ Short Churchill. All have been great, but it's a toss-up between the PSD4 and RyJ for my favorites so far. I am really enjoying my brief tenure here in CC land.

    First Time With A PSD4

I agree with ManInBlack. These are great smokes, but I wouldn't want to knock myself out so early in the day with the strong nicotine buzz that the PSD4 provides. Glad you enjoyed your experience. These are tasty little buggers!

    Smoking my first CC today

I have since tried the PSD4 and I liked it much more than the Esplendido. The Esplendido will be great with age, but the PSD4 was full bodied and flavorful young. I'd say the PSD4 is a little more up my alley.

Thanks! It was everything I thought it would be and more! Box code on the Esplendidos is MEL NOV 08.

    Smoking my first CC today

As planned, I decided to go with the Esplendido for my first CC and I don't regret that decision one bit. While I think the box can use some age, the Cohiba Esplendido was a very good smoke and a great introduction to the ISOM. These will be extraordinary in about a year.

    Smoking my first CC today

Thanks for the replies, Gentlemen. ManInBlack, by "first timers" do you mean first time smoking a Cuban or first time smoking a cigar? I have been smoking cigars for about 6 years now. Although if I didn't think I would like the Monte 2, I wouldn't have bought a whole box! EDIT: ... and...

Problems with CC 's and customs

I ordered some Swiss chocolates that mysteriously had "cigars" listed on the declaration sticker. They came through without problem.

    How do you light up?

You can use a butane insert with a Zippo... I use either my Alec Bradley Burner (aka the Bunsen) or my Xikar executive single torch when I need to be portable.
