5th Marines lead the way

On this day in 1950 American forces, spearheaded by my beloved 5th Marines , braved the tides of Inchon harbor to land 100 miles behind enemy lines. Protected on their flank by the 7th infantry Division they fought their way to Soul Taking the city by Sept. 25. By the time it was over the North Korean army was rendered ineffective.

Unfortunately the North Korean army is not perceived ineffective today. They allowed the bully to take over again :angry:
