Hey Jerry,

When we spoke on the phone back in Aug(?) the shop was a glimmer in your eye, you were in the process of construction and it seemed like a huge handful. Now, looking back on that conversation I can't imagine how much change has happened in your life.

Using my life as a litmus it seems like eons ago!
