A couple more questions...

Could I just make my own humidifier using the water absorbing foam stuff and lets say a can off "chew" with holes cut into it or is there something special about the humidifiers that are mass produced?

Also, since being a beginner I have been looking into combos that will suit my needs and price for the time being. The combos I talk about are: 1) The "Perfect 10 banner you sometimes see at the top of this website ( http://www.famous-smoke.com/cigars/misc/hp...sam/kws/ZWW1515 ) or 2) a sampler from Thompson (which I know seems to be hit or miss with customer satisfaction) at this website ( http://secure.thompsoncigar.com/default.as...pe=best&uid=589 ).

Or if you have any other suggestions, please let me know so I can start to fill my humi... tupperdor. Thanks

I say forget the combo packs from Famous and/or Thompson's...

Take that same amount of $$$ over to the Newbie Sampler Thread and ask the next person on deck if they would be willing to work something out...

Trust me, you'll receive a superior selection of sticks than you would from either of those outfits.
