A couple new CDs

I like Beck, just haven't heard enough of his songs to buy his CDs.

Purchased the new Dave Matthew's Band CD yesterday and the new Mudvain and Nine Inch Nails last week. I like a broad range of music.

Nirvana box set, Beastie Boys (5 boroughs), Alice in Chains (Dirt, cause i lost my original), Led Zep how the west was won. needed to stock up on a few...i kind of like almost everything.

The new dave....

first off, i'm a hardcore dave fan, ask eric. I've liked then grown to love, almost every album. this album is the most different to date. Although, it's totally different, i do like it. Way cool beats, and nothing has ever been the same since ol' lillywhite left the picture. Good step if you ask me. There's a couple I don't like, but that's how it is on most DMB albums now.

Yep, the new DMB cd. I got the Dual Disc version on sale at Target since it was/is a new release. I love DMB but I was getting tired of them only releasing concert CDs. I have to say that the new disk is refreshing but some of the sampling and repeat on American Baby intro gets old to me. I really like this cd because more of the band members contributed to each song.

Seems like about a thousand good "albums" got past me over the last 40 years, so I'm catching up. Latest = Machine Head/Deep Purple and a couple from The Band. Next up...The Kinks.

I like stand up. different beat from anything we've seen, but then falls into a beat that was seen early in their time. Like the song stay. I dig enough of the songs to like this cd. The live albums are only good for certain songs. Like watchtower on the central park cd.

Robert Plant was on Conan O'brien last week and he sounded great. He did "Shine It All Around" from his new CD.
