A little Castro news

I was reading around this morning when I came across this, and I thought some of you might want to read it. Not that it would have ended the embargo, but it would have been a step in the right direction if this wouldn't have happened (although the step would have been so small that it was inconsequential, it would still be a step). I don't see our relationship improving anytime soon, but there is no chance as long as Fidel is in office.

"He will have my two hands vote," National Assembly President Ricardo Alarcon said in broken English, meaning he would raise both hands to vote in favor of Castro as head of the council.

Yeah, he'd raise both hands because someone is pointing a gun at him. Sounds like nothing but a show they're putting on, to me.
