Abu Dhabi

I found out this morning that i have a buisness trip out to Abu Dhabi next week. Quite a suprise! It seams like i will have some down time there too. Has anyone ever been there? What is it like? Do they have cigar shops? Any info would be awesome. Unfortunitly, my ability to do research is limited since I'm on a compresed schedule in order to get things ready for this trip.

Abu Dhabi is a great town, not quite as neat as Dubai but there is everything there you can imagine. Abu Dhabi has a LCDH as well as several other reputable cigar shops in their version of the mall. My last trip there was in 2009 and the prices were reasonable. The Grand Souk in the old part of town is the place if you are going to buy your wife gold jewelry, the prices are great and the pieces are some of the most beautiful you've ever seen. Have a safe trip!
