If I can't identify a cigar through normal means (search option, other sites, google), is it allowable to post a picture here asking for help? I'm unsure if this cigars origin, and only know what I've read on the two bands.

I have a good friend who just loves these and whenever he finds it on "sale" feels like the proudest guy on the earth. More power to him.
