Don't post much here but do a lot of reading and I'm look for your thoughts on the Woodinville Whiskey Co. age your own whiskey kit.

I'm thinking about buying one and wonder how good the finish product tastes.

I did some research on these as well awhile back. I don't know much about the finished product, but I found quite a few threads from disgruntled folks who bought them and had trouble seasoning them and keeping them seasoned.
If you decide to give one a try let us know how it works out, cool concept.
