Well. Is a manual underwriting supposed to take 60 days? It sure did for us and even though we finally closed, it was a shit process.

Generally no unless your property was something out of the ordinary. Or you had an inexperienced underwriter.

I’m leaning toward unexperienced underwriter. They were previously in real estate management, been in their position since May of this year.

You are probably spot on. Real estate management does not really lend itself to underwriting. Probably some analysis paralysis combined with either no good management or overbearing management.
