Anyone know of any smoke friendly places

Figured someone has to have been to a Terps game or been in town.

I used to live there but way before I smoked cigars.

I need to meet up with a BOTL and CP is around mid-way.

Any ideas?

David Farmer once called the DC suburbs of Md "a vast cigar wasteland". PG and Montgomery counties might be tough.

I know smoking at restaurants and bars is a no-go in Montgomery county; I was hoping PG was it's usual backwater self in that regard.
