Heya. Just in town visiting mine and the wifes families over the thanksgiving holiday, and wondered if there were any fine smoiking establishments around the area? Thanks all!!!

I'm not sure what's around that part of the state..but, I'll be at JimD's Friday....you're about 40-50 minutes from Hartford.
It may be a little ride...but, lemme know.

MaVaDa's is normally open on Thursdays, but it might be closed on Thanksgiving. Colchester is about 20 minutes from Norwich. Take Rt2 toward Hartford and get off at exit 18. Turn right at the light and go 1/4 mile to the light across from the town green. Take a left at the town green, then go a few hundred feet to the end of the green and turn right at the light. MaVaDa's will be on your left about 1/4 mile from the town green. You can buy coffee, soda or water in the lounge, otherwise it's BYOB.

MaVaDa's has a walk-in humidor, cigar related accessories and a smoking lounge. The lounge has several stuffed chairs, coffee urn, card table, wide screen TV and is climate controlled. The hours for the lounge are the same as for the store. You can also smoke in the store. Lebanon Ave is on RT 16, just east of the town green

Grateful, not sure how much I will be in Hartford area. We might just be there on Fri though, over by the airport at a little drinking establishment called Kahoots. Only reason to go there over Providence is my friends wife is due any day, so he doesn't want to be far away. Go figure DAL, thanks for the tips. Ican bet we will get over there for a cigar or so since my two friends live in Colchester.

As far as smoking establishments near Norwich, there are the two casinos, Montville and Ledyard :whistling:


I'm kinda lost now as to what you're doing, Norwich, East Hartford, Colchester or what? ???

I live in MD, but have family and friends in Lisbon, Norwich, North Windham, etc etc. So am just traveling around!
