Anyone thinking about signing up for Peacock to watch the Olympics streaming?

As far as I can tell you can just cancel at the end of the month.

It would allow you to watch what you want when you want. I expect a lot of figure skating etc on regular TV.

I like the unusual stuff like skelton, biathlon, sky jumping etc.

I do this with B10+ for lacrosse season and just pull the plug in May after a couple months.

Between NBC, CNBC & USA cable shows damn near everything which I like because I can DVR and watch when convenient skipping what I don’t want to watch. Peacock offers the advantage of watching live if that’s your bent. It is tempting. Like a PPV in the olden days plus this may be the last Olympics you can watch on cable as every damn thing is moving to streaming. I also watch at least the medal rounds of almost every event including one of my wife and I’s favorite, biathlon.

Best luck I've had with streaming is to get the service through Prime Video. Price is typically as good as it gets, service and streams are great. Shut it off anytime. We currently have Paramount+....

Edited....hmmm, not finding Peacock on Amazon. Oops.... we've done P+, HBO, a few PPV's through them. My mistake....carry on.
