Our company is in the middle of an email transition. Problem is our spam filter subscription will expire before the new service is fully implemented.

We are changing from an individual email arrangement (everyone downloads to their own machine) to a hosted Exchange Server which will be more Web Based and will have extensive Spam and Virus filtering.

What I need is an inexpensive (preferably free) Spam Filter to use for a week or two until the transition is complete. Most of my users are running Outlook (NOT Express). We've used Cloudmark Spam filtering for the last year now with somewhat favorable results.

There are a gazillion products out there but I'm guessing most of them are crap.

Any good ideas?

Off hand I'd say bite the bullet and pay for another month or quarter. You do not want to be uncovered and you don't want to learn new software during a transition.
