Awesome Pork Chop Recipe

I was looking for a good recipe for a couple of good friends who are moving away. I found this recipe on the Food Network from Rachael Ray. Its called "Spanish Style Pork Chops with Chorizo and Roasted Red Pepper Sauce and Green Beans" Its wicked easy to prepare and only takes 30 minutes from start to finsh. The down side is it does generate a lot of dishes to clean up afterwards. However, it is increadibly good! We have cooked it twice now for friends who are moving away and it is a big hit. The presentation is very good, as is the taste. Mix in some wine, and some good conversation and you have your self a memorible going away dinner.
