I just setup Zoom and seems like this is going to work quite well! I'll be integrating Zoom into CigarPass, however for now here's the info to join a virtual online herf:

Feel free to test, while I get the herf schedule and integration page setup. You can use the above info to plan future herfs. I have the meeting setup as 24/7, so it will always be active. Have fun! :)
 
Awesome! Thanks Rod. I just tried it out, but someone needs to be designated as the Host. First step works great though! Thank you again.
 
You should be able to meet without the host present; is that not working?
 
Just checked it out. Glad no one else was in the conference room, because I have some serious bed head hair... :D
