BB terminology

Being a relative newcomer to the board, I'm somewhat (ok, a LOT) befuzzled with some of the terms bandied about..

Is there a lexicon somewhere that explains all of these?
I'm talking about ISOM, PAM, etc... I think ISOM has something to do with Cubans, and PAM might be Padron anniversaries ? Other than that I'm just pretty lost. Remember Vinnie Barbario.."I'm so confused"
