I was searching BBQ Galore's website and stumbled across their crossray grills section. Has anybody used this type of grill? Seems kind of cool, but what are the positives or benefits to a normal gas grill?

Are you stuck with gas, how about charcoal?

I like to cook with indirect heat when I can....kind of a slower cooking.

Interesting technology...but it seems like a gimmick.

Unless you test the temps in various positions to say it truly works, I'd hold back a serious opinion.

i was just curious on the grill. i think of like a cigar torch. seems like it would burn a lot of gas. i would love a charcoal grill. that is what I am going for next. i got a bad ass gas grill, but the charcoal is where it's at! :sign:
