Spike's Scream Awards - holy friggin crap, what a great show! Paying tribute to more forms of entertainment, and more talent than any other show I've ever seen. Much better than Spike's other crappy show (the VGA awards are flatter than a supermodel on her back), and more true entertainment than stuffy "traditional" shows.
Tons of great stuff, hot girls (Jessica Alba is still as delicious as ever), and at least one good band (Korn was great, My Chemical Reaction sucked more than a crack whole needing a fix). That eye removal scene from Hostel still gets me every time I see it (truly, one of the most disturbing movies ever made). I can't believe Rob Zombie shaved off his beard, looks almost sickly in a badass psychotic kinda way.
Best. Awards. Show. Ever.
