Blackberry help anyone?

So I have hotmail. Which is not good in the first place, but I don't want to change my address. I cant get the blackberry to pick up anything from hotmail. Tried to get it to forward to another email but nothing with forward hotmail emails. Am I just screwed and stop trying? I've got the Pearl and use T-Mobile by the way. Thanks in advance

I have a hotmail account and have verizon and an 8830, I set it up online directly through the Blackberry exchange server(instead of Verizon or hotmail) and have not had any problems so far.

The desktop software package version 4.2 has a Service Pack 1 and Service Pack 2 available for update. I have a similar problem right now. While I don't have the hotmail issue, I am stuck with only receiving "some" of my email being redirected from my desktop.

I'm in the process of updating. I'll let you know if it makes a difference.
