I live near Kaneohe Marine base and I have been hearing a lot of fighters the past week or so. I thought it was training. Then I saw three of the fighters in tight formation and I realized they had to be ace pilots.
Today I see in the paper , Blue Angels 9-10 Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, HI :thumbs:
I love to see those guys fly!!
I can see part of the base from my lanai and a big part of the bay.
I should see them well from there If not I will go to the otherside of town and watch.
I think it's time to buy that new camera I need :D

They were supposed to be out here in Okinawa a few weeks back, but since we had more storms than Fl they chickened out. I bet they went on th eraod to escapre the Hurricanes back home anyway <grin>

After all, they are based out of Pensacola Fl.

They are great to see, but of course I am partial to the USAF Thunderbirds myself.... (Can't guess why......)

They were at Hickam a couple of years ago. I went and sat up near Trippler. Great to watch .
