Just to be clear....the 4 and 8 are just that...those numbers...NOT a 4 or 8 digit code in addituon to the SOA and Date.

I think people aren't understanding your question because of the title of your thread. The thread should have been have you seen a digit on 2008 below the Box code information. That is just me I could be wrong. You know I've been accused of being mean amoung other things

I checked a few boxes from '08 and I can't say that I've noticed any additional digit or letter.
