Well, I've wicked busy lately, though i still have found time to read a few posts. The Wife and I are in the process of buying our first house, while I'm in the process of starting a project at work while finishing up one. Both are incredibly exciting! Some other interesting things going on with me: I bought new Ping G-10 irons, I'm going to 3 weddings (NYC, Vegas and Cozumel), stopped working at the cigar store (needed the time more then the money), and there are one or two other things which i have going on. Life in the fast lane, its crazy!

Congrats on the house purchase and everything else going on in your life, I lived in apartments for probably 8 years before my wife and I bought our first house back in Feb. It is awesome owning your own place. Sounds like you are a busy man.

WOW Congrats on the new house. Purchasing your first home is an exciting adventure full of lots of excitment and anxiety. Wait till you get in there and see the size of the honey-do-list...hehehehehe

good luck

Congratulations on purchasing the house! I bet it is a great feeling. :) So, is the wife going to let you build a walk in humidor? ;) Good to hear that you are busy with life, it keeps you sane.

Congratulations on your first house! Guess you'll be spending your extra money at the home improvement store until she gets the house "just right"

Very exciting time for you two, glad to hear you can manage all that on your plate.

While the wife is foucused on the interior, I'm all about the exterior. I love outdoor living space and this house certainly has plenty of options and oppertunity. I am still struggling with how I'm going to fit horse shoe pits on the property. I dont have a good stretch of 40' to build them on anywhere! That and where I'm going to keep Franklin (my cabinet humidor) at. The bedroom is too inconvienent, it wouldnt fit in the dinning room, i dont want to keep it in the living room because it would be too public. Kitchen is out. Maybe it is the perfect argument for my own smoking room. Hmmm...
