I saw a picture of the CAO Extremes & CAO Maduro in the JR & Cigars International websites, but they didn't have the word "Anniveraire" on the cigar band. It only said "Extreme" or "Maduro" on the cigar band. Are the CAO cigars which are "Extremes" and "Maduros" "without" the word "Anniversaire" on the cigar bands really the "Anniversaire" brand? Or do they also make CAO cigars that are Anniversaire Extremes and Maduros "without" the word "Anniversaire" on the cigar label? I am confused about this.

The CAO's that are marked as just Maduro or Extreme are the same blend as the the ones marked as Anniversaire, except they are newer and are being made now by Torano in partnership with CAO.

I never knew that. I thought that I read somewhere that these particular cigars were being manufactured in a different location than before, but I never knew that they "updated" and "changed" the name from the regular CAO "Maduro" to the CAO "L'Anniversaire" Maduro.

Does anyone in here know WHY they renamed the cigar to the "L'Anniversaire" Maduro from the original Maduro name? Was it because CAO is in partnership with Torano?
