I'm guesing it's the Corona.

So I got a big tube with this cigar and a 1916 with a note thanking me for being patient. I think I remember getting at least one stick from them before so I dont' know what they are talking about.

Anyway I wans't expecting much but I have been pleasantly sruprised.

At first the main sensation was that the smoke it more irritating to my mouth than most smokes, or in a different way. Not too big of a knock since smoke IS irritating.

Something about it makes me want to keep taking many drags in quick succession.

Also the wrapper is quite sweet.

Pretty good construction. Box-pressed presentation, perfect draw with a punch.

I think this cigar is very, very young.

Great for free but probably wouldn't buy a box.

BTW I think this is the link for the free cigars:

I dont think the Golds are a true maduro. If I remember correctly, it is a hybid H2000 wrapper. If I recal, they are more akin to Sungrown wrappers than Maduro. Maduro is the way they process the leaf, not the color of it.

Ok well the wrapper of the stick I smoked was a very dark brown. It looked and tasted like maduro.

I guess I could taste a little bit of sungrown in it but my my brain isn't used for palate detail.
