I wonder if any of you Trump wannabes ever considered buying the Sheets course "No Money Down", but considered it too expensive.

Nah....bought it late one night(wtf was I thinking)...still have the CD's - somewhere!!!

I think there's a pretty good reason why Carlton Sheets has some money, and I'm pretty sure it's not because of real estate.

My roommate in college ordered the whole deal. He tried a few of the techniques, actually bought a property, and ended up losing his ass. May have just been him, but I have a hunch it wasn't ONLY him.

Actually, my buddy used my disc's as well as read up on property buying and selling....bought a 3 family for 19K...put in about 60k (in a $120+ area)...lived there for a few years(rent free), then sold in the $160s or some such thing.

I believe he got cash back at the closing and then throughout the 'update' process(the 60K home update loan)....so it worked for him.

It can be done....but it cost about 3 payments of $49.95 plus shipping. ;)

I havnt bought that program but I have bought various others from short sales to wholesaling to bank owned properties. All have good content but leave out a few key elements to actually make it successful. When I started last year I read every book I could find on short sales and at the end of this month ill have had 3 closings done this year. So it can be done, even for a young guy like myself.

Being the first to answer correctly, this Sheets course is yours. I got it free and I believe its unopened. Want?

Yes, I've considered it, but found it too expensive :D

The wife needs something to do.

I ordered it about 13 years ago, read through what you had to do, (placing ads in newspapers) then promptly sent it back for a full refund.
