Cheese and Wine Pass-it-Forward

I am thinking about starting a Cheese and Wine PIF similar to the Cigar PIF and Beer PIF. Is there interest for this? If so, I will put together rules and start.

Ed, I'd definitely be interested. I'm a big fan of Cabernet and tons of different cheese.

It takes some effort to get the cheese delivered especially later when the weather starts warming up.

You'd run into a similar problem shipping wine, I would think. Two - three days in the back of a 100* truck doesn't bode well for a bottle of wine.

You'd have to kick this off in the next week or so to avoid the hotter weather. Maybe fruitcake and bourbon, heat won't hurt either of then too much

Overnight shipping is expensive, keep that in mind as well.

Decided to turn it into a Wine & Liquor PIF, this way less issues with the cheese.
