Chieftain's Cigar Malt

For those that ordered last time you remember how difficult it was to get those last 3 bottles. After a number of emails and a call or two I have gotten a letter from Iain Weir the Director of Marketing for Ian Macleod Distillers Limited who bottles the Cigar Malt. To quote the relevant passage, "......but it is our Rare Malt Manager's intention to select another bottling shortly. With this in mind, I would hope that a new bottling of our Cigar Malt will be available for you later this year." Not quite an absolute commitment but it does make it look better for the late fall Scotch Buy. I'll keep you informed if anything new comes along.
