Well I'm not an eggnog drinker and my wife and I were looking for a specialty drink to enjoy on Christmas eve while we relax from a hectic December. Straight from Jimmy Buffet's Boat Drinks Book is what we are going with.
2 jig of Spice Rum
3 jig of grapefuit juice
a dusting of confec sugar
fresh grated nutmeg
fresh grated cinnamon
Everything seems to compliment each other and I suspect the confect sugar will kill the tart of the juice.
