I recall when this idea first sprung up. Good price... good names... CI is reputable. Seemed like a combination for success? But I feel like it never took off? Am I wrong?

Of the Legends I tried, none were memorable.
Sometimes I read that people like one or two Legends,
but few like many.

They're worth a try, since finding a tasty, inexpensive
cigar is the Holy Grail. But, you get what you pay for,
usually. Then again, everyone's taste is different.

For about the same money I'd rather have a Nepalese
Warrior, RP Edge or Perdomo Lot 23 maddie.

Chemyst

There is a review over all the Legends. Do a search for 'CI Legends' and you'll find it in the Cigar Reviews forum....

I haven't seen a craze for them, but CI has done well for themselves with the Legends labels, at least from what I've seen from quite a few BOTL. That may have a lot to do with the initial thought of getting cigars from the likes of Graycliff, Don Pepin, and La Aurora for under $5 a stick. Personally, I've only tried the Don Pepin and the Rocky Patel and found them both to have similar qualities of their respective brands.
