Cigar Caddy question

Santa brought me an Otterbox Cigar Caddy. Has anyone ever used one of these? Should the credo inside it be doused with 50/50 or pure distilled water?

It didn't come with any instructions, presumably because Santa forgot to remove his favorite smokes from the box!

I don't!. I use ether a Fuente humida pack {or what ever the f#*k they are called} or one of Verns tube's!
