Hey Guys Is it ok to ask a retailer to open and inspect your cigars before shipping ??

Sure Pat. Why not be sure of the cigars before you get them. Cuts down on the box 'o cracked wrappers disputes...JMHO

A good retailer would be more than happy to open and inspect for you. If I'm buying a box I always ask. I've seen too many buddies get a nice box from across the pond from a new place, only to open them up and find them to be full of holes or have a different color wrapper than the person prefers.

I got a box and was disappointed that the seller HAD opened it.  I kind of wanted to break the seal myself (it’s a guy thing :) ).  Guess I should have been happy that they were inspected prior to shipment.

Thanks for the replys guys . I am trying a new vendor and he has said he would inspect for me
