I'm curious if anyone knows how strict they are about a lounge, restaurant and bar? I realize you can't smoke in the bar or restaurant. But, what about eating and drinking in the lounge? Thanks in advance.

Private club only, unless the rest./bar has a 'detached' patio area.

There is a place in Stamford which has a smoking room off of a restaurant. I have ordered booze in the smoking room, I am sure they would serve food in there are well (if you wanted).

Not sure about the laws involved
 
I'll be seeing him weekend after next and at Schlesinger's.
