I did a google search and although I have found a few places that carry them, I am hesitant with some online places. Not sure of their reputation.

I also found Davidoff, which is ok, but I was wondering if there were any other recommended places I could try?

Thanks! :)

p.s. I guess before I waste any money on them, are they worth getting?

As long as you wait till the flare burns off they are ok to light your cigar.

I dont bother with them, since a good torch lighter is a lot better.

Yep, that covers it. Though some people enjoy taking the extra time with a soft flame, seems a little smoother/intimate I guess.

Torch for me though.

I am a match man myself so I understand your issue. If you do not have a local shop(I get mine from a few places). I have been known to use a standard wood match and just let the sulfer burn off prior to light(a few seconds). I like them because of the size of the stick and they burn a while. They are also cheap. I prefer the soft flame over a tourch whenever possible. Tourch's are just to brutal to a cigar for me. :) I hope I helped.

I am slowly appreciating the soft touch of a match. I do have regular wooden matches, but those things burn too fast for me and I wind up burning my fingers :p . Don't get me wrong. I use my torch on a windy day as I don't like to go through 18 matches to light up. But on a day when it's warm, no breeze, I prefer the match.

Unfortunately, I haven't found any of the B&M that carry the long cigar match. So, I have to go online and look for some reputable sources.

:D I have been looking for odorless cigar matches for sometime...think I may have nailed it - should know in a bit.

I have also looking at spills but can't find anyone to make them for cheap.

I'll keep you posted on the matches if it pans out.

Good deal. Yes, please keep us posted. :)

I have seen them in one of wholesale catalogs at the store, try looking up Swan vestas. I think swedish match makes them.

Thanks! I will check it out. But I think I am going to wait and see what Mark has up his sleeve. Where he ships from, I would have them in a day. :)

It took a little digging but I found the company that makes the Swans and requested a catalog to see what other styles of matches they may have. (Thanks JoCigar!)

I'll keep you posted.
