That's Jay Hemingway from ICC. Great guy, he lives about a mile or two from me.

For a young guy, he smokes some very nice aged CC...and is a true BOTL, very generous. I brought him with me to Mike Moris's (northernmoris) Philly Herf at Mahoganys last Spring and we had a blast during the ride there and back and at the herf. He takes his photography very seriously, he takes photos of his stash and of other local guys purchases as well.

Plus, he'd give Jonesy a run for his tattoo money :laugh:
