Cigar Rating chart

Top 25 Cigar has a pretty decent 1-10 scale rating chart, well IMHO anyway, does anyone know of a chart that i can download similar to theirs that I can use on my PC/laptop so I can track and rate the cigars I smoke. I have tried to create one in MS Excel but it seems that I have no talent for it.

I know it's basic and all but the form they send you a lomg with the cigars goes a little bit more in depth. I hope it helps you and have fun doing your reviews........ :thumbs:
